Open the package you download

You will need the Microsoft .NET Framework runtime 2.0. This is available from the Microsoft Download site. Search for ".NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package". 

By default the software installs under \Program Files\Argumentative\

*.AXL files are associated with Argumentative.
